Orientation
A 1.5-hour in-person onboarding session to set up your email, navigate Sutton's platforms, access essential tools, and learn the key processes needed to get started successfully.
Advanced Training
25 hours of advanced training covering offer preparation, negotiation strategies, MLS rules, the management of various property types, and specialized topics such as artificial intelligence and property pricing tools.
Logiciels
25 hours of hands-on training covering more than 20 essential real estate tools, including PropTx Matrix, Realm, WebForms, and SkySlope, to help maximize your efficiency and productivity.
Group Training
Join weekly in-office training sessions every Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., featuring interactive workshops, guest speakers, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises, including offer writing and negotiation simulations.
Office Policies
A 4.5-hour training session covering office policies, required forms, FINTRAC compliance, and best practices for listings and real estate transactions.
Mentorship
Personalized mentorship with immediate support for offers, contract clauses, and client meetings, including the required document review for new brokers until they are fully independent.
Sales Fundamentals & Sales Process Training
Sutton GO is committed to developing confident, high-performing real estate brokers from day one. This training provides the structure and essential skills you need to succeed in today's real estate market.
This Level 1 program includes eight (8) structured group sessions focused on sales fundamentals, client acquisition, and the complete sales process—from lead generation to closing the transaction.
- This training is mandatory for all newly licensed real estate brokers and is an essential part of our onboarding process to ensure a strong start.

We provide comprehensive training on prospecting, client follow-up, and referral network development to help you build a consistent pipeline of clients. In addition, you’ll have access to marketing automation tools and lead management systems that streamline your workflow and improve efficiency. We also support you with client presentations, negotiation strategies, and pricing tools to help you win more business and close more transactions.
You’ll receive personalized mentorship from a manager or an experienced broker of your choice, who will guide you through the early stages of your career. Your mentor can assist with preparing offers, drafting contract clauses, and even accompany you to client meetings when needed. This mentorship is available for as long as necessary to help ensure your success.
